The New York Giants have fans shaking there heads. The Giants have signed veteran quarterback Russell Wilson to a one-year deal worth $10.5 million, with incentives that could push it to $21 million. After stints with the Seahawks, Broncos, and Steelers, Wilson now finds himself in the Big Apple, looking to prove he still has what it takes to lead a team.
Wilson is a 10-time Pro Bowler, brings leadership and playoff experience to a Giants organization that has struggled with consistency at quarterback.
The move comes has a head scratcher because of just how far off this team is from winning but when you keep your Head Coach and General Manager after everyone knew they should have been fired, they are going to do what it takes to try and win now and not worry about the future. This is because if they do not win now, they know they wont be apart of the future.
The Giants are in a sticky situation, and they have no one to blame but themselves.
